We didn't get drunk and we didn't have fun because quite frankly we were too tired, too stressed and too overworked to be able to stop for a moment and consider anyone's concerns other than yours. The same can be mirrored for CCP who were genuinely worried and concerned about the problems the players had. We sat and watched as THE greatest technical achievement the company has ever put forward was perpetually overshadowed by problems. I'm sorry if you didn't get everything you wanted exactly how you wanted it but your entitlements stretch far and beyond their reach so simmer down and think about what you're saying before you say it.
How dare you try and turn this on the player base. You should be disgusted in yourself.
YOU chose to go to the summit.
YOU chose to drop everything to save YOUR game of internet spaceships.
Dont sit there and pretend like you were saving the world. The meeting would have gone no different had you been there or not. CCP knew long before they invited you how much they were willing to give and what they wouldnt give.
All we got were a bunch of bull **** statements telling us absoloutely nothing but a bunch of articulated spin that will no doubt see the introduction of a lot of features into the game soon that YOU and CCP decided were ok for the majority of us.

The only joke I see are the people whining at the CSM members. You guys voted for them, or didn't (in which case you have no right to complain) then when they drop everything in real life at a moments notice to fly out to Iceland to deal with this almighty mess AND come away with exactly the answers we were looking for, you sit here and scream at them.
Perhaps you aren't aware of how the summits usually work (it's the only explanation I can come up with for the stupidity in here) where the CSM are given set dates, well ahead of time, as to when they will be needed. The CSM can then plan ahead and make sure that there is nothing conflicting with those dates and everything goes smoothly.
This time round they had a weeks notice, at most, to get their arses to Iceland. They went because that is their job, yes, but this was the equivalent of getting a phone call at 3am on your day off telling you that you HAVE to come to work. And you wonder why some of the CSM members are ****ed off? With you and with CCP.
You people need to think before you post, you make the rest of us look bad.
